What you'll do

Assist in the creation and curation of engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, tailored to our gaming audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that promote Worldwinner's games and events.
Monitor social media channels for user engagement and feedback, responding to comments and messages to foster a sense of community.
Conduct research on gaming trends and audience preferences to inform content strategy and ensure relevance in our messaging.
Help maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all platforms to maximize audience reach.
Analyze social media metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
Support the development of blog posts, newsletters, and other written materials that highlight game features, tips, and community stories.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas that align with Worldwinner's brand voice and objectives.
Assist in the creation of visual content, including graphics and videos, to enhance social media posts and engage users.
Collaborate with influencers and community members to amplify our reach and create authentic connections within the gaming community.
Stay updated on industry news and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content differentiation and engagement.
Provide administrative support to the content team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with external partners.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices, particularly in the context of gaming.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
A passion for gaming and an understanding of the gaming community and culture.

Nice to have

Previous experience in content creation or social media management, whether through internships, freelance work, or personal projects.
Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to content strategy.
Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track engagement and performance metrics.
Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) for creating engaging video content.

Skills & tools
