Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Experience with PPC and social media advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive marketing messages.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and techniques to enhance organic search visibility.
