About the role

Workato is seeking a Partner Operations Associate to join their team. This role focuses on building and maintaining the data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics that drive partner performance visibility and deal tracking. You will be responsible for creating the pipelines, dashboards, and data models used by partner leadership and other teams daily. The position requires a strong analytical mindset to translate complex partner metrics into actionable insights. You will act as the primary data steward for all partner-related information within the ecosystem. This role demands ownership of end-to-end data processes from source systems to executive-facing dashboards. Success in this position hinges on your ability to ensure data accuracy and reliability for critical business decisions. You will be a key enabler for scaling partner programs through robust operational foundations.

What you'll do

• Design, construct, and sustain Sigma dashboards that monitor partner performance, deal pipeline progression, tier compliance status, and payout tracking accuracy.
• Own the data modeling and querying activities within Snowflake to power partner analytics, attribution methodologies, and executive reporting requirements.
• Architect and maintain robust data pipelines that connect Salesforce, PRM platforms such as Allbound, and Snowflake to guarantee clean, consistent, and timely partner data ingestion.
• Manage and uphold the partner portal or PRM platform, which includes user provisioning, content administration, tier and permission logic configuration, and adoption tracking initiatives.
• Monitor partner health metrics, tier status indicators, and compliance adherence while proactively identifying anomalies and data quality discrepancies for remediation.
• Oversee partner deal and referral pipeline data integrity, ensuring CRM records remain accurate, deduplicated, and attributed to the correct entities and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Business Technology and Data Engineering teams regarding schema design, ETL process enhancements, and the automation of recurring reporting workflows.
• Build and maintain Workato recipes and automation workflows to minimize manual reporting efforts and reduce data reconciliation tasks across the organization.
• Document comprehensive data definitions, metrics logic, and reporting methodologies to support the broader Partner Operations function and enable knowledge continuity.
• Support ad hoc data requests and conduct deep-dive analyses tailored for partner leadership and executive-level reporting needs with tight turnaround expectations.

Requirements

• Possess 3-5 years of cumulative experience in partner operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or a data/analytics capacity within a Software-as-a-Service environment.
• Demonstrate strong SQL proficiency with hands-on experience utilizing Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse for analytical processing.
• Exhibit experience in constructing dashboards and reports using Sigma or equivalent business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Show familiarity with the Salesforce data model architecture and hands-on experience administering a partner portal or PRM platform like Allbound or similar systems.
• Display comfort with data pipeline and ETL concepts along with hands-on experience using automation platforms such as Workato or analogous tools.
• Bring basic sales operations experience, including comprehension of territory and quota data, pipeline hygiene standards, CRM administration practices, and established reporting cadences.
• Exhibit strong analytical rigor with an unwavering attention to data accuracy and integrity across all operational workflows.
• Possess the ability to document processes and data logic in a clear manner for stakeholders without technical backgrounds.
• Function effectively as a self-starter who is comfortable building process and reporting infrastructure solutions from the ground up with minimal guidance.
