Mentor consultants and engineers on best practices, elevating the overall capability of the Global Field Specialists team.
Champion quality standards that keep releases stable, observable, and precisely aligned with stated business intent.
Orchestrate delivery pipelines to transition teams from raw requirements to production confidence with minimal friction.
Translate partner and customer demands into technical guardrails that keep platforms coherent as they evolve over time.
Guide support practices that resolve production incidents efficiently and capture lessons learned to improve future workflow designs.
Build reusable architectural assets and integration patterns that accelerate new engagements and reduce recurring implementation risk.
Partner with commercial and technical stakeholders to ensure roadmap alignment and the fulfillment of realistic commitments.
Drive the adoption of SAP, Workato, and Enterprise MCP practices to create a cohesive integration ecosystem across the organization.
Own the communication of complex technical concepts to both technical audiences and executive stakeholders without loss of clarity.
Establish monitoring and observability strategies specific to SAP integrations to ensure ongoing stability and performance.
Champion the adoption of security and compliance controls within integration designs to protect enterprise data and processes.
Act as a strategic advisor for SAP-related initiatives, influencing long-term architectural direction across the field organization.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with SAP integration scenarios and middleware choices is mandatory for success in this role.
Understanding of enterprise security models, data governance, and compliance implications for integrations is required to meet regulatory standards.
You must have led at least two full lifecycle integration projects in the SAP domain prior to joining Workato.
The ability to communicate clearly with both technical audiences and executive stakeholders is essential for cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated capability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Experience working within a cloud-native, SaaS-driven operational model is necessary to leverage the platform effectively.
Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action, ensuring that solutions are delivered and sustained beyond initial implementation.
Proficiency in designing integrations that are observable, maintainable, and resilient under varying load conditions.
Commitment to following defined processes while also improving them where inefficiencies are identified.

Experience with Enterprise MCP platforms and managed services is preferred to accelerate integration delivery.
