What you'll do
- Orchestrate product strategy and execution for designated segments of the Workato platform to ensure cohesive vision implementation.
- Facilitate deep collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate abstract concepts into tangible, impactful features.
- Architect and maintain dynamic product roadmaps that rigorously align with overarching corporate objectives and evolving customer requirements.
- Conduct sophisticated analysis of market movements and qualitative user feedback to uncover actionable opportunities for sustainable growth.
- Guide and develop a high-caliber team of product managers through mentorship, fostering an environment of excellence and innovation.
- Synthesize complex technical constraints into clear product requirements that balance feasibility with user desirability.
- Champion data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics to validate hypotheses and refine product hypotheses continuously.
- Represent Workato in key industry forums and customer engagements to gather insights and build strategic partnerships.
- Prioritize competing demands within the product backlog to optimize for customer value and business impact.
- Establish metrics and success criteria for product initiatives, ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes.
- Drive the discovery process for new features, validating concepts through user research and iterative testing.
- Ensure all product deliverables adhere to enterprise-grade standards for security, compliance, and scalability.
- Act as a strategic partner to sales and customer success, equipping them with tools and narratives to drive adoption.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that break down silos and promote a unified product culture across the organization.
Requirements
- Demonstrate proven experience in product management, specifically within the B2B SaaS or enterprise software space, with a track record of successful launches.
- Exhibit a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively manage complex product lifecycles from conception to maturity.
- Possess strong technical aptitude with a functional understanding of integration, automation, or API-based platforms and their underlying principles.
- Showcase excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining an unwavering customer-first mindset in all decision-making processes.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating a foundational knowledge of business or technology disciplines.
- Bring a minimum of five years of progressive responsibility in product management roles, with at least two years in a leadership capacity.
- Display a commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with corporate governance standards in all product activities.

- Possess prior experience working with iPaaS, low-code/no-code automation tools, or agentic AI workflow platforms.
- Have a background in scaling enterprise-grade products from early-stage development to broad market adoption and maturity.
