Requirements
You may be a strong fit if you have 10-15+ years of PM experience, with at least 3-5 years managing PM teams. You have a track record of owning and scaling a core product surface - not just shipping features, but building something that became the center of gravity for a business. You demonstrate strong people leadership by developing PMs, building team culture, and holding a high bar without creating drama. You possess deep user empathy, understanding that products in financial services live or die on trust, and you design with that constraint at the center. You show a commercial instinct that connects product decisions to revenue, know what real demand pull looks like, and do not confuse polite feedback with validated signal. You are comfortable with ambiguity and scope, able to write your own brief, define success criteria before asking for resources, and stay oriented when priorities shift. You maintain a strong cross-functional presence, being as credible in a sales debrief as you are in an engineering sprint planning session. You work with a direct, kind, low-drama style and have a genuine desire to help Jump raise the bar for the team and the product.
Nice to have
A background in fintech, financial services, or advisor-facing products is preferred. Experience with AI-powered or data-intensive SaaS is valued.
