What you'll do

Coordinate and support sales activities by managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and tracking performance metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, ensuring that all materials are accurate, compelling, and tailored to the target audience.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products, minimizing disruptions to sales operations.
Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning within the sales department.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the sales team.
Facilitate communication between sales and other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.
Organize and participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Prepare and distribute internal reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and other key metrics to stakeholders.
Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns and initiatives aimed at boosting sales and enhancing brand visibility.
Identify areas for process improvement within sales operations and propose actionable solutions to enhance productivity.
Support the onboarding process for new sales team members, providing them with the necessary resources and training to succeed in their roles.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, operations support, or a similar role.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.

Nice to have

Experience in the technology or digital marketing sector is a plus.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
Previous experience in customer relationship management and engagement strategies.
