What you'll do
Assist in planning and scheduling road freight shipments for both domestic and regional delivery routes.
Monitor delivery timelines closely and communicate timely updates to internal stakeholders and assigned drivers.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to prepare freight loads for dispatch, loading, and secure transport.
Track all shipments in transit and carefully document any delays or disruptions that are encountered.
Maintain accurate and complete records of freight orders, pickup times, and delivery confirmations.
Support the resolution of transit issues by directly liaising with drivers and receiving parties.
Help prepare detailed daily and weekly freight operation reports for management review and analysis.
Ensure full compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards during every transit phase.
Assist in route optimization efforts to reduce operational costs and improve overall delivery speed.
Participate in weekly logistics meetings to discuss operational performance, challenges, and upcoming freight priorities.

Help onboard new drivers and provide them with route information and operational guidelines.

Requirements
