What you'll do
Manage a dedicated portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring high satisfaction levels and long-term retention on the Wolt platform through consistent engagement and support
Lead the onboarding process for new restaurants, guiding them through integration with Wolt's delivery and pickup services across the Copenhagen metropolitan area
Work closely with the restaurant operations team to troubleshoot partner challenges, address concerns, and implement solutions that improve overall restaurant performance on the platform
Design and execute tailored account strategies aimed at increasing restaurant participation rates, order volumes, and revenue growth for partners using Wolt's services
Analyze restaurant-level performance data and key metrics to uncover growth opportunities, identify underperforming accounts, and recommend targeted improvements to partner teams
Act as the main point of contact for restaurant partners, addressing questions about platform policies, updates, and any operational matters that arise during their partnership
Partner with the marketing and communications teams to develop promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives that drive visibility and orders for restaurant collaborators
Create and deliver training sessions and educational resources that help restaurant owners and staff navigate Wolt's tools, dashboards, and partner-facing features effectively
Stay informed about the competitive food delivery environment in Copenhagen, using market intelligence to refine partnership approaches and identify new restaurant opportunities
Prepare regular reports on account performance, partner engagement, and growth trends, presenting findings and recommendations to regional leadership for strategic planning purposes
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in account management, restaurant partnerships, or a related role within the food delivery or hospitality sector
Thorough knowledge of the Copenhagen restaurant industry, including familiarity with local dining trends, cuisine diversity, and market dynamics
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building trust and maintaining professional relationships with external partners
Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage a large, diverse portfolio of restaurant accounts independently and efficiently
A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business administration, hospitality management, or a closely related discipline
Proficiency in interpreting data, tracking performance indicators, and using analytical insights to guide account-level decisions and strategy adjustments
Willingness to travel regularly within Copenhagen for face-to-face meetings with restaurant partners, industry events, and internal team gatherings
Professional-level fluency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders
