• What you build here won't just impact one market, it will define our strategy across <strong>30+ countries</strong> and set the gold standard for our global partners like Deliveroo and DoorDash.</p> <h2><strong>Why You Should Be Excited</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Architect the Blueprint:</strong> Lead the end-to-end strategy for our largest partners, from initial pilot and massive rollouts to long-term sustainable growth.</li> <li><strong>Drive Innovation:</strong> Solve complex, partner-specific challenges including POS integrations, bespoke reporting, and operational overhauls that move the needle for the entire industry.</li> <li><strong>Influence at the Highest Level:</strong> You won't just be "managing"; you'll be using deep data insights to sell Wolt's full suite of products to C-suite executives at top-tier global brands.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Command:</strong> Act as the "glue" between our partners and Wolt's Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to turn ambitious ideas into reality.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <p>We are looking for a rare blend of <strong>analytical rigor</strong> and <strong>visionary leadership</strong>.
• You are likely a fit if:</p> <ul> <li><strong>You are a Seasoned Strategist:</strong> You have 5+ years of experience in high-impact environments such as management consulting, investment banking, strategy & ops, or leading a startup from seed to exit.</li> <li><strong>You Speak the Language of Data:</strong> You are comfortable with SQL and AI, using data not just to report, but to tell a story and drive decisions.</li> <li><strong>You Build and Lead:</strong> You have experience managing multifunctional teams, including Design, Engineering, and Finance, and know how to align them toward a single, ambitious goal.</li> <li><strong>You are a Master Communicator:</strong> You are as comfortable presenting a long-term vision to a Top-10 Partner CEO as you are diving into the weeds with our internal product teams.</li> <li><strong>You Think Big Picture:</strong> You don't just hit targets; you develop formalized goals that level up both the partnership and Wolt's entire global ecosystem.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>The Impact</strong></h2> <p>In this role, your success is Wolt's success.
