Outsourcing Project Manager

About the role

This position operates in the Tallinn office, leading and managing projects for the KYC Vendor Management and Outsourcing teams. The role owns end to end delivery for initiatives of varying complexity. You will steer projects, balance partner expectations, and execute changes with outsourced providers. Success requires structured communication, proactive risk management, and consistent execution against Wise objectives. Your work will drive outcomes for customers, internal teams, and the company through disciplined planning and follow through.

What you'll do

Executing Global Projects involves leading and running projects that influence key metrics and targets. You will manage project timelines and adapt to unexpected challenges throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Service Optimization requires participation in Operational taskforces. You will own cross functional projects involving stakeholders from Ops, Vendor teams, VM team, and SSE Teams to improve current ways of working.

Change Management focuses on managing and communicating process improvements. You will convey changes adequately to both the VM team and outsourced teams to ensure alignment and understanding.

Working with data & reporting means collaborating with the Reporting team and analysts. You will work on outsourcing specific metrics as well as agent performance data to effectively support vendor managers in their decisions.

Tools & Documentation involves maintaining a general understanding of the technical aspects of operational tools and processes. You will create thorough and precise project pages, documenting tasks, decisions, and retros to provide clear records.

You must be fully fluent in English, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills in every context.

You bring prior experience in working with vendor management or outsourcing contexts.

You possess great people skills and are a strong relationship builder. Managing many stakeholders simultaneously will be a core part of your work.

You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with data. Setting and tracking KPIs will be a standard part of your responsibilities.

You show sharp attention to detail, focus on accuracy, and operate as an independent contributor. Owning your work and leading projects from initiation to closure is expected.

You are focused on outcomes for the customers, the team, and the company.

You have a strong aptitude for learning new skills and are proactive in up skilling yourself to meet evolving demands.

You have a vision and know how to translate that vision into an effective long term strategy.

Requirements

You must manage many stakeholders while building strong, trust based relationships across teams.

You should handle data, set tracking KPIs, and maintain accuracy while working independently on demanding tasks.

You must show a strong aptitude for learning, proactively up skill yourself, and develop long term strategy.
