About the role
The Senior Product Analytics Manager, Receive Squad, operates at the heart of Wise's global money-moving infrastructure, owning the strategy that enables customers to fund transfers, top up balances, and access local account details across international markets. You will partner with product, engineering, and design leads to uncover and execute on opportunities that enhance product value while eliminating cost and friction in payments for millions worldwide. In this AL2 position, you harness data to guide strategic product decisions that accelerate progress toward Wise's mission of fast, affordable, and accessible transactions. You review team plans and progress, then deliver constructive feedback that drives execution and ensures alignment with squad objectives. This role requires creating and articulating a clear narrative around product goals, establishing measurable KPIs, tracking advancement, and initiating actions that accelerate results. You own the Receive Analytics data strategy, defining the roadmap for data infrastructure and tools to scale impact and increase the speed and effectiveness of decision-making across the squad. Leading, developing, and supporting a team of high-performing analysts is essential, including coaching on performance, guiding professional growth, planning capacity, and ensuring analyst activities generate maximum impact.

What you'll do
- Execute the data and analytics strategy for the Receive squad, defining priorities that directly enhance how customers fund transfers, top up balances, and access local account details.
- Partner with product, engineering, and design leads to translate business problems into analytical frameworks that uncover opportunities and validate outcomes.
- Review team plans and progress, then deliver constructive feedback that removes blockers and drives execution toward measurable product goals.
- Establish measurable KPIs, track advancement using data, and initiate actions that accelerate results across the Receive product area.
- Own the roadmap for data infrastructure and tools, including data modeling in Airflow and dbt, to scale impact and increase the speed and effectiveness of decision-making.
- Lead, develop, and support a team of high-performing analysts, coaching on performance, guiding professional growth, and planning capacity to maximize impact.
- Build and maintain fluency with event-based data systems like Mixpanel to ensure analytics reflect real-time customer behaviors across international markets.
- Design and manage experiment frameworks, handling setup, analysis, and interpretation under constraints such as limited sample sizes or short test windows.
- Develop SQL and Python capabilities to manipulate data, create reliable pipelines, and ensure the integrity of analytical datasets.
- Foster strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively, influence outcomes, and maintain alignment across global teams.
Requirements
- Bring 5-6 years of analytical experience and 2-5 years of leadership experience, which may overlap, with a proven track record of collaboration.
- Demonstrate a history of identifying opportunities, evaluating outcomes, recommending initiatives, and assessing the impact of shipped features with product teams.
- Show technical proficiency in SQL and Python, data modeling in tools such as Airflow and dbt, and fluency with event-based data systems like Mixpanel.
- Exhibit hands-on experience with experiment design, including setup, analysis, and interpretation under real-world constraints.
- Maintain a bias for action by identifying needs and driving completion in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Operate autonomously to identify high-impact projects and manage constant inbound requests without losing focus on strategic priorities.
- Display strong stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholders.
