In this position, you will play a key role in facilitating the successful implementation of major projects by focusing on the essential elements of change, including people, processes, and behavioral adjustments. Your efforts will be instrumental in embedding effective change management practices within Finance transformation efforts.

What you'll do
- Spearhead change management efforts for major Finance projects, including implementations of Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems, enhancements to SOX controls, and other global Finance process and system modifications.
- Work collaboratively with teams across Finance, Procurement, Risk & Compliance, and Technology to evaluate the impacts of changes, develop stakeholder engagement strategies, and promote the adoption of new processes and systems.
- Ensure that change management is seamlessly integrated into Finance initiatives, taking into account regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements (such as SOX) during the planning, communication, and training phases.
- Create and oversee a comprehensive Finance Change Portfolio, outlining strategies to enhance visibility and manage the cumulative effects of changes across Finance teams, including a detailed "Change Roadmap."
- Provide advisory support for smaller Finance projects by offering frameworks, tools, and guidance to ensure consistent and effective change management practices.
- Promote the adoption of new behaviors and processes through targeted communication, training, and engagement strategies aimed at Finance stakeholders, including both leadership and operational teams.
- Enhance change management capabilities within Finance teams by developing practical toolkits, conducting training sessions, and coaching stakeholders to incorporate change management into their daily operations.
- Assist in the planning and prioritization of Finance initiatives from a change management perspective, ensuring that impacts are understood early and that changes are sequenced effectively to minimize risks.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships within Finance teams to facilitate collaboration and ensure the success of projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in leading change management initiatives within Finance transformation projects, such as Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementations, ERP systems, or financial systems upgrades.
- Familiarity with regulated environments, particularly with SOX, audit processes, or financial control frameworks, and an understanding of the significance of compliant practices.
- Proven ability to lead and execute change management activities for complex programs, from conducting impact assessments to ensuring adoption and reinforcement of new practices.
- Flexibility to apply change management methodologies (such as PROSCI, APMG, ACMP) effectively in Finance and compliance-oriented contexts.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage Finance stakeholders at various levels, simplifying complex changes into understandable messages.
- Capacity to influence and challenge senior stakeholders in Finance, Risk, and Product areas to foster alignment and achieve successful outcomes.
- Skill in empowering others by building capabilities within Finance teams and making change management practical and user-friendly.
- A collaborative approach and a global perspective, with experience working across different functions, locations, and disciplines.
Nice to have
- Background in Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation, procurement processes, or supplier lifecycle management.
- Experience in supporting SOX implementations or remediation efforts, including the adoption of controls and preparation for audits.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) or transformations involving Finance tools.
- Experience in a fast-paced, product-driven, or technology-focused environment.
- Knowledge of Change Portfolio Management, particularly in managing multiple concurrent transformation initiatives.
