You will be responsible for guiding this evolution, ensuring continuity while introducing current capabilities. This position exists within a small, dedicated team committed to long-term product strategy.

A significant portion of your effort will focus on building new backend services and features using .NET 9, while also maintaining modules that continue to rely on .NET Framework 4.7.
Frontend development will require you to orchestrate a major transition. You will convert user interfaces originally built in Angular.js 1.7 to a React 19 environment. This technical migration is a core objective of the current initiative. You will also create integration connectors that enable communication with key enterprise applications. These connectors will utilize RESTful APIs to connect our system with platforms such as Rivile, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and BSS.
also, you will coordinate cloud infrastructure configurations on Microsoft Azure. This work will support evolving deployment pipelines and ensure the system remains hosted in a stable cloud environment. Testing cross-ERP functionality will be essential to validate performance across platforms like BSS and legacy systems. You will review product logic with business stakeholders to confirm that new features meet precise requirements.
Team and Collaboration
You will be joining a small, tight-knit development group. The current team consists of three full-time developers and one part-time contributor. Collaboration is central to this role. During an initial period, you will engage in frequent office-based collaboration to accelerate your onboarding and integration. This intensive phase will ensure you fully understand the product and processes.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you must have hands-on experience maintaining applications built on .NET Framework 4.7. You must also demonstrate the ability to plan and execute upgrades to .NET
9. Concurrently, you need to show strong proficiency in React development. A solid understanding of JavaScript workflows is essential for this frontend transformation.
You must be capable of managing MsSQL operations and data modeling effectively. This includes writing queries and structuring databases to support the new architecture. Experience connecting internal systems to external APIs and major enterprise applications is required. You must be comfortable working with RESTful contracts and integration patterns. Finally, you must be able to work from the office located on Pilaitės pr. in Vilnius during the initial onboarding period.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package offers a net salary ranging from €2,000 to €2,500, dependent on your experience. For a Senior profile demonstrating exceptional expertise, we are open to discussions regarding compensation up to €3,000 Net. This is a product-focused role, allowing you to see the direct impact of your contributions.
The work environment provides hybrid flexibility. After an initial period of intensive office collaboration, the arrangement will shift to a more flexible model, such as one day in the office per week. The company also offers an annual team retreat or vacation abroad, opportunities for business travel to international exhibitions, and stress-free parking at the office location.
