What you'll do

- Mentor junior engineers and interns, fostering a collaborative learning environment within the team.
- Stay current with industry advancements and best practices in transmission planning and renewable energy integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in transmission planning or related engineering roles within the energy sector.
- Proficiency in power system analysis software such as PSS/E, ETAP, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, transmission system design, and renewable energy integration.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards governing transmission operations and planning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
