What you'll do

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in power systems engineering, with a focus on renewable energy projects, particularly wind energy.
- Proficiency in power system analysis software such as PSS/E, ETAP, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations relevant to power systems and renewable energy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work on complex engineering challenges.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience with project management principles and practices, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with grid integration and interconnection processes for renewable energy systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
