About the role
You will manage and monitor the end-to-end order flow across WHOOP's wholesale and retail distribution network with a focus on operational excellence. In this position, you will own the execution of retailer purchase orders as they move between WHOOP systems, 3PLs, and international retail partners. You will serve as the primary liaison ensuring seamless coordination across third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholder teams. Your work will directly support retailer operations by maintaining portal compliance and resolving in-transit exceptions efficiently. You will analyze operational data to identify trends and drive improvements in fulfillment execution and inventory visibility. This role requires strong analytical thinking to connect data insights with actionable process adjustments. You will develop and maintain standardized operational documentation such as retailer SOPs and routing guidance. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

What you'll do
- Manage and monitor end-to-end order flow across assigned wholesale and retail channels, including processing and tracking retailer purchase orders between WHOOP systems, 3PLs, and retail partners.
- Collaborate with 3PLs and internal teams to support inventory accuracy, transfer order receiving, and order adjustments.
- Own day-to-day operational management for assigned international retail accounts, including retailer communication, shipment tracking, routing compliance, and operational issue resolution.
- Maintain retailer operational requirements and portal compliance, including shipment documentation, tracking updates, routing guides, and retailer-specific operational inputs.
- Support in-transit exception management by monitoring delayed, failed, or at-risk shipments and coordinating resolution across internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standardized operational documentation, including retailer SOPs, routing guidance, and process workflows.
- Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve order management, fulfillment execution, and inventory visibility.
- Partner with logistics and retail teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing while upholding service level expectations.
- Drive consistency in operational workflows by enforcing routing compliance and documentation standards across global channels.
- Act as a central point for operational queries related to order status, inventory transfers, and retailer requirements.
- Escalate critical issues to internal stakeholders and 3PL partners to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes and proposing enhancements to current workflows.
- Support ad hoc projects related to retailer operations, data integrity, and system process optimization.
- Communicate performance metrics and operational updates to cross-functional teams during regular check-ins.
- Ensure all retailer documentation is accurate, up to date, and aligned with contractual requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess the efficiency of order execution and logistics operations.
- Implement best practices for shipment tracking and exception handling to improve retailer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of organization to track multiple orders, timelines, and responsibilities in a dynamic setting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics in a multi-channel consumer goods environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and connect it to process improvements.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a must.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration or a related field.
- The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate to work out of the Boston, MA office if necessary.
- This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA.

Practical notes
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office. Employment is full-time. The compensation range for this full-time position is $90,000-$140,000. The U.S. base salary range for these full-time positions is $90,000-$140,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training. In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package. These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate's specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role's requirements.
