About the role

You will own the end-to-end design of engaging digital learning experiences, translating complex operational priorities into scalable enablement programs that accelerate speed to competency and improve business performance. In this position, you will leverage instructional design expertise, learning technologies, and AI-powered tools to create learner-centric experiences that drive measurable impact across a global team. You will establish and continuously improve learning design standards, governance processes, and content frameworks to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality. Additionally, you will measure and communicate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through performance metrics and learner analytics, using insights to optimize every touchpoint. You will lead TRE events for change training, continuous learning, and new hire onboarding while providing lateral support to Training Delivery. This role requires close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to identify needs, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-quality learning solutions in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to support a global Membership Services team.

What you'll do
Design, develop, and maintain engaging digital learning experiences - including eLearning, microlearning, instructor-led, and blended learning programs - that accelerate speed to competency and improve business performance.
Own and administer the Membership Services Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring learning content is effectively deployed, governed, maintained, and measured.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs, prioritize initiatives, and develop scalable enablement programs that align with business objectives.
Leverage instructional design best practices, learning technologies, and AI-enabled tools to create high-quality, learner-centric experiences that can scale across a growing global organization.
Establish and continuously improve learning design standards, governance processes, and content frameworks that promote consistency, efficiency, and quality across learning initiatives.
Measure and communicate the effectiveness of learning programs through performance metrics, learner analytics, and business impact, using insights to continuously optimize learning experiences.
Lead TRE events for change training, continuous learning and new hire onboarding.
Provide lateral support to Training Delivery.
Support a Global Membership Services team and have the ability to flex working hours.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or a related field, with experience developing digital learning solutions.
Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, reporting, and governance.
Demonstrated experience creating eLearning using modern authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
Strong instructional design foundation with the ability to translate complex business processes into engaging, performance-focused learning experiences.
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience using learning data and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI-enabled tools to improve learning design, content development, and operational efficiency.
Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 - $65,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future.
