Korean Quality Control Lead
Job description
Korean Quality Control Lead at Welo Global.
About the role
You will define and enforce the Korean quality strategy for a major AI training initiative, taking ownership of linguistic accuracy and reviewer consistency. You own the end-to-end quality lifecycle for Korean locale tasks, from guideline application through to final audit and process refinement. This role requires you to act as the definitive authority on quality for Korean language outputs, resolving escalated issues and making final judgment calls. You will partner directly with global stakeholders to align Korean deliverables with overarching AI quality frameworks and standards. You are responsible for building the capability of your team through structured coaching and by establishing repeatable calibration practices. You will analyze complex, ambiguous content and determine appropriate quality outcomes without predefined scripts.
