This position is centered on the enhancement of employee experience and the strengthening of organizational effectiveness through the execution of strategic talent management initiatives. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end lifecycle of specific people programs, ensuring that objectives are met and business impact is realized. You will be a key driver in shaping and executing programs designed to foster professional growth, deepen engagement, and cultivate a positive, high-performance workplace culture. In this capacity, you will act as a critical partner to business leaders, translating their needs into structured people initiatives. Key facts
What you'll do
Develop and implement comprehensive talent management processes, including the administration of performance cycles, promotion planning, and feedback mechanisms, ensuring rigorous execution and alignment with all stakeholders.
Create detailed project plans for talent management and culture initiatives, overseeing all phases from initial conception through execution and final reporting to guarantee successful delivery.
Act as the definitive subject matter expert for the Peakon engagement platform, managing survey deployments, crafting internal communications, and administering user access to maximize platform utilization.
Identify and propose opportunities to enhance engagement measurement tools and associated processes, developing data-driven strategies for ongoing optimization and improved insights.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless project advancement and the consistent refinement of processes and deliverables.
Conduct targeted market research and benchmarking activities to identify and evaluate best practices in talent management and organizational development.
Evaluate potential vendors for talent management initiatives, assessing capabilities and fit to recommend solutions that align with strategic objectives.
Facilitate internal training sessions delivered in English, focusing on projects, processes, and platform usage to ensure organization-wide understanding and adoption.
Maintain a high level of organization and documentation for all talent management activities, ensuring clear records and facilitating knowledge transfer.
Proactively monitor key talent metrics, analyzing trends and preparing reports that provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by seeking feedback on talent initiatives and implementing adjustments based on findings and evolving needs.
Leverage the Peakon platform to conduct pulse surveys and analyze results, translating data into concrete action plans for improving employee engagement.
Support the employee lifecycle by contributing to initiatives related to onboarding, development, and recognition where applicable.
Ensure all talent management activities comply with internal policies and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
Completed higher education degree.
Prior experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Culture & Engagement, or Project Management.
Demonstrated success in project and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.
Advanced or fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal, is essential for communication and training delivery.
A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and ownership.
A collaborative mindset with a genuine commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
