This position drives European expansion through strategic talent acquisition in a fully remote Spain-based role where you will translate complex business needs into actionable hiring strategies. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for non-technical roles up to G7 level, ensuring that every hire supports the strategic goals of the organization. In this capacity, you will act as a key partner to hiring managers, interpreting their requirements and converting them into compelling job propositions that attract high-caliber individuals. The role demands a high level of discretion and fairness, as you will be handling sensitive information and influencing the company's reputation. You will be the primary architect of diverse talent pipelines, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to build a robust bench of qualified candidates. Furthermore, you will be responsible for optimizing the recruitment process, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven improvements to increase the efficiency of the TA function. Requirements
A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is held and must be verified as part of the eligibility criteria.
Full-cycle recruitment experience is demonstrated, with a specific focus on high-demand environments that require agility and speed.
