What you'll do

Requirements
- A law degree from a recognized institution and admission to practice law in Luxembourg or another relevant jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal advisory role, preferably within the financial services or corporate sector.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal information.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
