What you'll do

• Lead the development and execution of operational enablement programs aimed at enhancing partner performance and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key operational challenges faced by partners and develop tailored solutions.
• Design and implement training programs that empower partners with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize Waymo's technology and services.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners regarding operational inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Facilitate regular meetings and workshops with partners to gather feedback, share best practices, and foster collaborative relationships.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of operational processes, training materials, and partner resources.
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to relay partner feedback and advocate for enhancements that improve the partner experience.
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on schedule and within scope.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in partner operations.
• Support the onboarding of new partners by coordinating resources, training sessions, and integration processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in partner enablement and operations management to ensure Waymo remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, operations, or partner enablement roles, preferably within the technology or automotive sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving operational improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Lean.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Familiarity with the autonomous vehicle industry and emerging technologies is a plus.

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analytics tools.
