Warp is on the lookout for a talented social media manager to shape our brand identity and oversee our activities on platforms like X and LinkedIn. In this position, you will be responsible for transforming updates about our innovative AI-driven payroll and HR solutions into captivating content that connects with our target audience. This role necessitates a consistent presence in our New York office to facilitate close collaboration with both our leadership and product development teams.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee the comprehensive strategy and daily management of our corporate profiles on X and LinkedIn.
- Enhance and promote the personal brands of our executive team members.
- Generate genuine content by capturing company achievements and internal culture as they happen.
- Implement a growth strategy aimed at significantly increasing our follower base while enhancing audience engagement.
- Maintain a well-organized content calendar that includes product launches, recruitment updates, and relevant industry news.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to refine our messaging based on what yields the best results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely and authentic manner.
- Conduct regular audits of our social media presence to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute campaigns that promote our company culture and values.
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality written content with minimal supervision.
- In-depth understanding of online culture and the unique characteristics of X and LinkedIn.
- Strong graphic design capabilities to create engaging visuals, including memes, carousels, and animated content.
- A keen sense of humor and the ability to spot emerging trends before they gain widespread attention.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
