Operate proficiently within a hybrid-remote schedule framework after the initial 30-day introductory period as defined by Practical Notes.

Adhere to all scope boundaries and follow established procedures as outlined in the Practical Notes and role-specific guidelines.

Perform day-to-day duties in accordance with the posted schedule and deliverables for the Professional Engineer/Project Manager position at Wadetrim.

Apply skills and tools such as NoCAD, MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, EPA SWMM, MS Office, ProjectWise, and BudWerks to execute assigned responsibilities.

Ensure consistent communication with diverse stakeholders to uphold a cooperative mindset and facilitate smooth project progression.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current state license as a Professional Engineer in either civil or environmental practice to be considered for this role.

A bachelor of science degree in civil or environmental engineering from an regionally accredited program is mandatory for eligibility.

The position requires a minimum of ten years of hands-on experience in design and project management within relevant engineering contexts.
