This position is responsible for managing the flow and integrity of marketing information within the Marketing Group. The Marketing Information Systems Manager leads initiatives for the continued development and maintenance of marketing information systems. These systems are essential for supporting business development decision-making, proposal development, and other core activities. Success in this role necessitates a strong comprehension of A/E/C business development practices. The individual must also manage information effectively to streamline processes and provide metrics and insights that facilitate informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities
The role involves designing intake forms that effectively capture the specific needs of the Marketing Group while ensuring the protection of sensitive information. Requirements

Alternatively, candidates may have five years of overall experience with marketing information systems. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform and Tableau, or similar visualization tools, is required. A deep understanding of A/E/C business development cycles is essential. The candidate must understand how information moves through proposal and sales teams. The ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail is mandatory. Additionally, the candidate must possess the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users effectively.
Additional Qualifications and Professional Development
While not required, experience with sustainability reporting tools is viewed favorably.
