Senior Technical UI & Motion Designer
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end definition and implementation of UI motion and interaction quality across mobile games, ensuring that every animation, transition, and response feels responsive, polished, and aligned with game feel. You will translate creative design concepts into interactive prototypes and then ship production-ready UI animation systems directly inside Unity. You will partner daily with UI/UX Designers, Game Designers, Engineers, Product, and Art Direction to define interaction intent and solve technical constraints without compromising on motion detail. You will elevate the player experience by focusing on micro-interactions, timing, and feedback that make the interface feel alive and intuitive. You will build reusable animation patterns and components that scale across games, improving consistency and speed for the wider team. You will iterate on designs based on playtest observations and live performance data to refine motion until it feels just right. You will act as the motion and UI implementation expert, bridging the gap between design vision and technical reality in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
