About the role
You will become a growth expert by deeply understanding the growth value chain, user acquisition, creative, and monetization needs within a constantly evolving ad-tech ecosystem. You will lead high priority transversal initiatives and venture projects, playing a central role in achieving our vision to build a growth platform capable of scaling any mobile product globally. You will enjoy great autonomy to identify critical problems, analyze root causes, design solutions, and implement them end to end. You will design and build leading processes and products that set new standards for execution. You will work on multiple projects in parallel, requiring you to be highly adaptable and meticulous in your prioritization. The projects you might work on include identifying new business opportunities, leading operational teams, hiring talented people, and launching new ventures. You will collaborate daily with teams across Voodoo to ensure alignment and delivery on ambitious growth objectives.

What you'll do
Lead the analysis of the growth value chain, user acquisition, creative production, and monetization strategies to uncover actionable insights and drive platform-level improvements.
Champion venture projects and high priority initiatives that span multiple teams, owning end to end execution from ideation through scaled implementation.
Identify new business opportunities, assess their viability, and lead cross functional teams to validate concepts and drive them toward market fit.
Design, build, and optimize leading processes and products that enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance across the growth organization.
Run operational reviews and lead improvement programs for performance marketing, user acquisition, and creative production to maximize return on investment.
Hire and develop high performing talent within your area of responsibility, fostering a culture of candor, freedom, and responsibility.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, finance, and marketing teams to align on data driven decisions and remove cross functional blockers.
Leverage your analytical skills to run experiments, synthesize complex data sets, and translate findings into clear recommendations and execution plans.
Own the end to end management of projects in parallel, ensuring strict prioritization, risk management, and on time delivery against ambitious goals.
Drive the implementation of solutions that scale globally, focusing on frameworks and playbooks that enable rapid replication across markets and products.
Contribute to the development of M&A strategy by analyzing targets, conducting due diligence, and defining integration approaches that unlock strategic value.
Establish governance and reporting mechanisms to provide transparency on project status, key metrics, and resource allocation to senior leadership.
Requirements
You graduated from a top school in engineering or business (Grande Ecole Program), demonstrating a strong academic foundation and intellectual rigor.
You have 4-6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a start-up, strategy consulting, or investment banking, where you have operated under significant ambiguity.
You are curious, highly analytical, and passionate about having an impact, whatever challenges are thrown your way on a daily basis.
You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility, and you actively contribute to building this culture.
You are both fluent in French and English, enabling you to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across regions.
You possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to decompose complex issues into actionable hypotheses and test plans.
You have experience leading cross functional teams and managing stakeholders to achieve shared objectives in a matrixed organization.
You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and taking ownership of the outcomes through rapid iteration and learning.
Nice to have
You can run your own SQL queries to validate data and support analysis without heavy reliance on data teams.
You have experience in gaming or performance marketing, with a proven understanding of user behavior and acquisition mechanics.
Practical notes
This role is based in Paris and requires full time engagement on-site.
Candidates must be fluent in French and English.
