About the role
The serves as a critical strategic partner, establishing best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting as a trusted advisor across the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing large complex datasets to deeply understand player behavior and to identify concrete opportunities for growth in engagement, retention, and monetization initiatives. The hire will translate these data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that directly inform game design decisions and the broader product roadmap. Success in this position requires close collaboration with game designers, product managers, and developers to embed data-driven strategies throughout the entire game lifecycle from concept to launch. The individual will design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports that provide critical metrics and insights to stakeholders. A core part of the role involves utilizing A/B testing to rigorously evaluate and optimize game features and mechanics, driving measurable improvements in key performance indicators. This position demands a high level of ownership and autonomy, acting as the primary owner of the data chain for assigned games. The ultimate goal is to leverage analytical expertise to solve business problems and uncover meaningful opportunities that drive player acquisition and long-term value.

Requirements
- At least 4 years of analytical work experience in gaming tech or data-driven industry with proven track record working closely with product teams.
- Proficient with SQL and either R or Python with proven experience working with large and complex data sets.
- Good knowledge of statistical analysis and concepts used for industry-standard methods like AB testing or forecasting.
- Autonomous with strong analytical mind problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a business problem translate it into an analytics/statistics problem and solve it using adequate methods.
- Highly pragmatic mindset with ability to quickly identify focus and lower priority.
- Capacity to be proactive owner of the entire data chain for your game.
- Fluency in English is required to collaborate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
