The Growth team operates within this structure to maximize product potential across user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketing. Success for this team demands operational excellence and constant market adaptation.
This role focuses on managing ad monetization strategy across a diverse portfolio of games and multiple demand partners. You will work directly with internal studios to align on priorities and execute experiments. Responsibility includes designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests, converting results into actionable recommendations. You will guide decisions around in-app purchases, pricing, and ad sources while balancing revenue goals with user retention. Additional duties involve driving cross-monetization projects, integrating new ad networks, and managing partner relationships. You will liaise with technical teams regarding SDK integrations, data dashboards, and automation requirements.
The ideal candidate holds strong expertise in ad monetization within a top mobile gaming environment. Practical knowledge of ad mediation platforms such as MAX and MMP solutions like Adjust is required. Fluency in English is necessary for communication with studios and external partners. The role requires a data-driven and detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and organizational capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is essential for building dashboards and manipulating data sets. The position calls for proactive problem-solving skills to address urgent issues and emerging challenges. A creative, hacker-like mindset is valued for inventing solutions under tight constraints and shifting priorities.
Key facts regarding this position are as follows. The location for this role is Paris. The engagement type is full-time. The compensation range is 55000 EUR to 65000 EUR.
You will define and drive ad strategy inside games, coordinating with studios and teams to align experiments with portfolio objectives. You will own testing workflows from design through analysis, translating findings into clear actions for product partners. Your analysis will guide choices on pricing, IAP adjustments, and ad sources while balancing retention and revenue targets. You will orchestrate the integration of new demand partners and their solutions across relevant games. You will design test frameworks, adjust settings, and interpret outcomes to guide monetization decisions. You will scan dashboards to monitor eCPM, ARPDAU, and retention, then propose informed next steps. You will guide studios on pricing and IAP changes to improve performance without degrading user experience. You will coordinate with analytics partners to verify tracking accuracy and refine event mapping. You will approach platform integrations and SDK updates to maintain stable and future-friendly workflows. You will champion data routines that align KPIs, enabling consistent reporting and clear ownership. You will translate technical constraints into actions for internal teams to smooth cross-functional collaboration.
Required experience includes deep ad monetization background in a leading mobile gaming environment. Understanding of mediation platforms like MAX and MMP tools such as Adjust at a practical level is necessary. Fluent English is required for clear communication with internal staff and external collaborators. You must handle data rigorously, maintaining organized methods and precise attention to detail. You should control advanced spreadsheet tools to build dashboards and manage complex data sets. A track record of proactive problem solving for urgent issues and emerging obstacles is required. You must think like a hacker, inventing inventive paths under tight constraints and shifting priorities.
