About the role
Vivid is expanding its SME banking services across the DACH region and needs a dedicated manager to oversee an existing client portfolio. You will focus on retention, up-selling, and deepening relationships with corporate partners who already use our financial tools. This role blends commercial strategy with rigorous data analysis within a structure that emphasizes AI integration as a core component of product delivery. You will act as a primary liaison between the company and its most important corporate customers in the DACH zone. The position requires a balance of proactive relationship building and methodical follow-up on operational requests. Success in this role will depend on your ability to translate complex product features into clear value propositions for non-technical stakeholders. You will be expected to work autonomously while collaborating closely with product, compliance, and support teams.

What you'll do
- Manage and expand an existing portfolio of SME clients through renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Cultivate long-term connections with multiple stakeholders at client firms to ensure mutual success and retention.
- Align our product features with client needs to ensure they gain maximum utility and efficiency from our platform.
- Track, forecast, and report on your sales pipeline and key account metrics using our CRM system.
- Design and negotiate pricing structures and contract terms for your assigned accounts to meet business objectives.
- Adhere to internal account management workflows and provide actionable operational feedback to leadership for process improvement.
- Represent the customer perspective by working with internal teams to improve the product experience and service quality.
- Meet and surpass established performance targets related to revenue, retention, and expansion.
- Utilize AI tools to analyze client behavior and identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio.
- Coordinate with sales and support teams to resolve complex issues and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the DACH region to adjust strategic account plans accordingly.
- Develop detailed business reviews and presentations that communicate value and guide strategic discussions with clients.
- Leverage data analysis skills to identify usage gaps and propose solutions that drive increased adoption.
- Act as the central communication hub for your accounts, ensuring transparency and timely execution of requests.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in finance, business administration, or a related discipline that provides a foundational understanding of commercial principles.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in account management or sales roles, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in financial services or FinTech environments.
- Demonstrate professional fluency in both English and German, including the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbal discussions.
- Show a proven ability to analyze data and manage complex information sets to derive actionable insights.
- Have direct experience working with CRM software to track interactions, manage opportunities, and report on performance.
- Exhibit a high degree of self-organization and discipline to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving, dynamic company.
