Vitana is a fast-growing Dental Partnership Organization focused exclusively on Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. We partner with growth-minded doctors and provide support services that help practices scale while maintaining exceptional patient care. The Marketing Analytics & Operations Manager will serve as the technical backbone of our marketing organization, owning the systems and insights that drive intelligent decision-making. This role is responsible for ensuring that every marketing dollar is measured with precision and that data flows seamlessly between platforms. The hire will design and manage the infrastructure that connects campaigns, platforms, and patient outcomes into a clear picture of performance. You will translate raw data into actionable strategies that guide marketing investments and operational improvements. Ultimately, this position ensures that leadership and practice teams have the confidence and clarity to act on reliable data.

What you'll do
Establish and maintain the core marketing reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across Vitana.
Construct executive dashboards in Google Looker Studio that visualize performance, trends, and key outcomes for leadership.
Develop and own KPI scorecards that track marketing success at the organizational, operational, and practice levels.
Monitor end-to-end performance across paid media, SEO, local SEO, websites, lead generation, and patient acquisition channels.
Deliver recurring performance reports that highlight insights, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Translate complex analytical findings into simple, clear business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Own the marketing attribution strategy and oversee its implementation across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Ensure accurate tracking of leads, calls, appointments, new patients, and treatment starts to reflect true marketing impact.
Manage and optimize critical integrations between Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, WhatConverts, CRM systems, patient management systems, call tracking and attribution platforms, and other third-party marketing platforms.
Improve visibility into cost per lead, cost per patient acquisition, conversion rates, lead quality, and treatment-start performance through systematic measurement.
Connect and automate data sources using APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms to reduce manual effort and errors.
Build workflows using automation platforms, APIs, and webhooks, including tools such as Zapier, to streamline data and reporting processes.
Reduce reliance on manual reporting and spreadsheet dependency by creating automated, reliable data pipelines.
Evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance reporting accuracy, attribution precision, and operational efficiency in marketing operations.
Support the implementation of AI-enabled reporting and analytics solutions where appropriate to improve speed and insight depth.
Audit tracking implementations across websites and marketing channels to verify that events, goals, conversions, and attribution rules are correctly configured.
Ensure consistency of data definitions, events, goals, conversions, and attribution rules across all platforms and reporting outputs.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of tracking standards, KPI definitions, and data governance procedures for internal reference and training.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues to maintain trust in the analytics presented to leadership.
Serve as the organization's primary resource and go-to expert for marketing data integrity, measurement, and governance.
Partner closely with Operations to connect marketing-generated leads to appointments, new patients, treatment starts, and other key business outcomes.
Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and internal team members to improve measurement accuracy and performance visibility.
Support practice-level marketing reviews and leadership presentations by preparing data, insights, and recommendations.
Act as the subject matter expert for marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting across the organization.
Help leadership identify opportunities, trends, risks, and performance gaps through rigorous analysis of marketing and operational data.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, martech, revenue operations, business analytics, or related fields.
Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including configuration, event tracking, and custom reports.
Expert-level proficiency with Google Tag Manager, including tag implementation, triggers, and debugging.
Expert-level proficiency with Google Looker Studio, including data source connections, modeling, and dashboard creation.
Demonstrated experience managing marketing attribution strategy and conversion tracking across multiple channels.
Proven experience with Google Ads reporting and offline conversion tracking to measure true business outcomes.
Strong experience working with APIs, webhooks, and marketing technology integrations to connect systems and automate data flows.
Solid understanding of marketing funnels and customer acquisition metrics, including lead quality and downstream conversion behavior.
Advanced spreadsheet skills for data preparation, validation, cleaning, and in-depth analysis.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to diverse audiences.
Strong mathematical and quantitative reasoning abilities to interpret data accurately and solve complex problems.
Demonstrated ability to explain complex data and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments where accuracy, ownership, and process improvement are priorities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality in reporting and analysis.
Willingness to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, clinical, and leadership stakeholders.
Commitment to maintaining data privacy, security, and compliance standards in all marketing analytics activities.
Nice to have
Experience in healthcare, dental, orthodontic, DSO, franchise, multi-location, or other service-based organizations.
Experience with Google platforms, including advanced use of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Experience with WhatConverts, CRM systems, patient management systems, marketing attribution platforms, and call tracking platforms.
Experience building automated reporting, dashboards, data integrations, or custom analytics solutions using AI-assisted development tools, scripting languages, or modern data platforms.
Experience supporting executive leaders and presenting data-driven recommendations in high-stakes settings.

This is a full-time position based in Plantation, FL.
Candidates must be able to work standard business hours and participate in occasional meetings across time zones as needed.
