What you'll do
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring that all team members are aligned on project objectives.
- Implement project management best practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and next steps to senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, contributing to the organization's knowledge base.
- Mentor and support junior project team members, promoting professional development and growth within the team.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support project-related initiatives and client engagements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and healthcare technology to drive innovation within the organization.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
