About the role

As a , you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and logistics processes. This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our distribution network and ensuring that our products reach customers in a timely manner. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to optimize logistics operations and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

Oversee the entire logistics process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring that all shipments are executed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transportation companies to arrange for the timely movement of goods.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages and excess inventory.
Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.
Analyze shipping data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all shipments, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and invoices.
Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and ensure that logistics operations align with business objectives.
Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Manage relationships with logistics service providers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Provide training and support to team members on logistics best practices and software tools.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and resolve any issues related to shipping and delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in logistics technology to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Proficiency in logistics software and tools, such as ERP systems and transportation management systems (TMS).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in logistics operations.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus.

Nice to have

Experience in the music industry or familiarity with music distribution processes.
Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping practices.
Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CLTD).
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to enhance logistics performance.

Skills & tools

In this role, you will various software and tools to streamline logistics operations. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis, is essential. Experience with logistics management software, such as SAP or Oracle, will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances will be crucial for success in this position.

This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, and candidates must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment. The role may require occasional travel to meet with suppliers or attend industry events.
