What you'll do
- Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience across all platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts, iterating based on feedback to enhance usability.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user requirements and translate them into functional design specifications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.

- Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all products and platforms.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the tech or music industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating your ability to create user-centered designs.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
