Key facts
What you'll do
Support the product team in defining and prioritizing features for upcoming releases and iterations.
Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements from stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
Help analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform product decisions and strategy.
Participate in sprint planning meetings and contribute to backlog grooming sessions on a regular basis.
Draft product documentation including user stories, feature specifications, and release notes for each sprint.
Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of planned features and updates.
Conduct research on customer pain points and propose practical solutions to address identified needs.
Track product KPIs and prepare reports summarizing feature performance, user feedback, and adoption rates.
Attend customer demos and translate feedback into actionable product improvements and backlog items.
Learn the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-release iteration and review.
Help organize and facilitate product review sessions with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
Contribute to the creation of product roadmaps and long-term strategic planning documents for the team.
Support the preparation of investor-facing materials and product performance presentations when needed.
Observe and learn from product managers during customer calls, discovery sessions, and planning workshops.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a relevant field such as computer science or business.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Basic understanding of product management concepts and the software development processes used in modern technology companies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Willingness to learn new tools and adapt quickly to changing project priorities and team needs.
Attention to detail and a structured approach to organizing information, data, and cross-functional feedback.
Minimum availability of 20 hours per week during the internship period with consistent scheduling.
Proficiency in English for professional communication and collaboration with global teams across different time zones.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing work environment.
Enthusiasm for technology and a genuine interest in understanding user needs and behaviors.
Nice to have
Prior experience with agile or scrum methodologies in a collaborative team setting is beneficial.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and the ability to interpret basic product metrics.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and containerization technologies is considered a valuable plus.
Previous internships or academic projects in product management or a closely related field.
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and the ability to draw conclusions from experiment results.

Experience with project management platforms such as Jira or Trello for tracking work.
Basic understanding of SQL or spreadsheet tools for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams for daily communication.
Ability to use diagramming tools such as Figma or Miro for wireframing and visual planning.
Comfort with version control concepts and basic Git operations for working with code repositories.
Understanding of REST APIs and basic API documentation concepts for product integrations.
Experience with customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is helpful.
