Compensation: Base salary range is $65,000 to $71,000. This range represents Viant's good-faith estimate for the role's compensation. The final title and compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant experience and educational background.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day work will focus on maintaining the operational backbone of the growth marketing function. You will ensure that projects have the necessary structure, resources, and oversight to succeed.
- Document Control: You will create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, compiling essential information so that team members and leadership can access details rapidly.
- Schedule Management: You will build and manage project timelines for growth marketing initiatives, monitoring progress to guarantee on-time delivery against internal and external requirements.
- Financial Oversight: You will track campaign expenditures and maintain precise budget records, providing oversight to ensure all activities remain within established financial guardrails.
- Inventory Management: You will manage the swag inventory lifecycle, including counting, storage, and coordination of shipments for campaigns and events.
- Workflow Administration: You will utilize project management software, specifically Asana, to organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: You will synchronize efforts with internal departments, including Creative, Product Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business Development, and Product, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Vendor Interaction: You will act as the primary contact for external vendors, confirming that deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Executive Communication: You will prepare regular status updates for the Growth Marketing Manager and leadership team, highlighting potential roadblocks or financial risks.
- Data Support: You will assist in tracking project performance metrics and budget usage, providing insights that inform future optimization efforts.
- Event and Communication Support: You will handle logistics for event production and support email marketing needs that drive growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate a proven track record and specific competencies.
- Experience: You must have 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a closely related field.
- Multi-Tasking: You can manage multiple priorities at once while maintaining a high degree of accuracy concerning budgets, inventories, and schedules.
- Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in project management tools, particularly Asana, and are comfortable using Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptability: You perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities without compromising attention to detail.
- Communication: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Education: You hold a Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of work experience that demonstrates the necessary skills for the role.
