What you'll do
- Identify and engage potential partners within your territory, establishing robust, revenue-generating relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including elected officials and business leaders. You will take charge of executing and strategizing comprehensive sales initiatives aimed at enhancing transit systems in your area.
- Utilize your analytical skills to navigate the distinct purchasing landscape of your market, crafting compelling, data-driven business cases for our platform that highlight our value across different sectors.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients by providing education and support in the creation of regional transit plans, while also identifying funding opportunities relevant to your market.
- Represent Via by spearheading local marketing initiatives, participating in industry conferences, and consistently contributing thought leadership within the mobility sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions for clients, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential challenges, allowing you to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to the unique needs of each client, effectively communicating the benefits of our solutions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue accurately.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years in client-facing roles, demonstrating a successful track record in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or similar fields.
- Proven consultative sales abilities, with a talent for leveraging data to construct convincing narratives that resonate with clients.
- Strong research skills, with an aptitude for addressing complex challenges and adapting to new environments swiftly.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging clients through conversations, presentations, and persuasive written proposals.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary range: $85,000-$110,000, commensurate with experience and skills. Total compensation includes variable pay and equity options.
