Requirements
The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. A DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree is mandatory for this position. Candidates must bring 5+ years of traditional 24/7 ER experience and critical case management. An unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction through exceptional patient care is essential. Willingness to perform in a noisy environment with strong or unpleasant odors is required. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis aligned with hospital needs is required. The ability to work effectively with diverse colleagues and personalities in a fast-paced setting is required. Candidates must be eligible to practice in the state of Maryland and maintain required veterinary licensure. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are required to accept the offer.
