What you'll do
Regular 1:1 meetings and personalized development plans strengthen clinical and leadership capabilities for the doctor team.
Monitoring processes in your VEG head the patient safety initiative to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality emergency care.
Partnership with your market owner establishes and implements a marketing strategy for the hospital within your market.
Creation and maintenance of the doctor schedule aligns with hospital needs and regulatory requirements to ensure coverage that matches demand and complies with rules.
Ensuring VEG hospital compliance with federal, state, and local regulations protects the hospital and supports trustworthy operations.
Requirements
The posting states a pay range of $255000 to $300000.
A DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree is mandatory for this role.
Candidates must bring 5+ years of traditional 24/7 emergency veterinary experience and critical case management skills.
