Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications, Business, or Sales is required. Academic background must build foundational marketing or business knowledge.
3-5 years of corporate or field marketing, or sales experience is required. Prior B2B and healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
The ability to travel 50% of the time is required. Frequent regional travel supports hospital partnerships and on-the-ground presence.
Demonstrated skill in developing marketing strategies and end-to-end programs is required. Candidates must show they can design and manage full program lifecycles.
