What you'll do
Design and execute a strategic sales plan that targets media agencies and brand advertisers across Mexico to generate new demand and expand current business.
Own a book of business by growing existing advertiser relationships and identifying expansion opportunities within their portfolios.
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospects to surface business problems and position Verve's platform as the right solution.
Collaborate closely with the sales development team to create and prioritize a target account list that maximizes pipeline quality.
Represent Verve at industry conferences, events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and capture real-time market intelligence.
Analyze sales metrics and pipeline health to adjust tactics, forecast accurately, and support company level marketing strategies.
Leverage product demos and tailored presentations to clearly communicate how data and privacy centric capabilities translate into client outcomes.
Maintain an organized and accurate client database that reflects the latest engagement notes, commitments, and next steps.
Partner with internal stakeholders to design and test new sales approaches that improve conversion rates and client satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely responses and consistent communication that reinforces trust.
Requirements

Fluency in Spanish is required, and professional level English is mandatory for interacting with global clients and internal teams.

You must understand how to interpret data and metrics to adjust sales strategies and forecast performance.
