Associate Director, Media Sales
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for premium enterprise advertisers, driving consultative discovery and securing booked revenue against strict forecasts. You will architect data-led audience packages that fuse on-site search intent with off-site behavioral signals to align media strategy with brand business objectives. This role requires you to shape category conversations with agency leadership, positioning Verve's ecosystem as the catalyst for measurable growth across screens and markets. You will leverage direct SDK integrations and privacy-safe data partnerships to build high-fidelity audience segments that unlock premium omnichannel inventory. You will orchestrate cross-functional alignment with product, strategy, and client services teams to ensure solutions are delivered precisely and on schedule. This position demands rigorous opportunity tracking and weekly pipeline governance to protect forecast integrity and maximize win rates. You will represent Verve at marquee industry events, identifying adjacent markets and growth vectors while scouting new distribution channels. Finally, you will elevate the entire sales organization by coaching newer sellers on methodology, execution, and consultative selling best practices.
