About the role
You will project manage high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that directly support sales leadership in scaling a global omnichannel platform. This role owns the strategic execution of organizational design, rollout plans, and territory restructuring to align with market demand. You will act as the central point for data consolidation, ensuring reporting accuracy and integrity within Salesforce to maintain a single source of truth. You will bridge the gap between RevOps and sales leaders to improve visibility into pipeline health and performance trends. You will assess, document, and refine sales processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability across a fast-growing team. You will partner with leadership to identify performance gaps, track progress on development plans, and ensure accountability at all levels. You will anticipate the needs of the executive team and drive momentum on projects that require senior oversight and timely completion. - Partner with leadership on identifying performance concerns and tracking progress on development plans to ensure individual and team accountability.
- Draft job descriptions and support recruiting priorities to align talent supply with evolving sales needs and strategic objectives.
- Anticipate the needs of the leadership team and drive momentum on projects that require senior oversight, timely execution, and cross-functional coordination.
- Synthesize cross-pod insights and consolidate findings so executives can make faster, clearer strategic decisions based on high-fidelity data.
- Perform light administrative duties such as arranging travel, managing client gifting, or booking team and client outings to support engagement and collaboration.
- Act as a strategic thought partner for sales leadership by writing structured updates and clear narratives that highlight progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Support the refinement of targeting and delivery alongside product and commercial partners to strengthen reporting for both advertisers and inventory partners.
Requirements
- Bring three to six years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or management consulting, with a strong track record of ownership and impact.
- Have experience in ad tech or SaaS, as this background is preferred given the complexity of the sales environment and data requirements.
- Be experienced in Salesforce, with the ability to build reports, analyze data, and spot trends that directly inform sales decisions and strategy.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while balancing strategic work with detailed follow-through to ensure deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
- Communicate clearly in writing, providing structured updates and acting as a strategic thought partner for sales leadership at the executive level.
- Be highly organized, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and create order out of ambiguity in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and ownership, particularly when working on projects that impact the entire sales organization.
- Show commitment to maintaining data integrity and process discipline to support scalable operations as the business grows.

- Familiarity with on-site search intent data and direct SDK integrations within top apps.
