You will collaborate with leadership to identify and secure high-performing individuals while maintaining our rigorous hiring standards. In this capacity, you will own the end to end lifecycle for critical marketing positions, ensuring that each hire strengthens our collective capability. You will act as a strategic partner to the marketing team, translating business needs into precise talent profiles. What you'll do
- Execute full cycle recruiting for marketing roles, managing every stage from requisition intake to new hire onboarding.
- Partner with marketing leaders to define position requirements and success metrics for upcoming initiatives.
- Conduct market research to analyze compensation bands and talent pools for specialized marketing functions.
- Source passive candidates through targeted outreach on professional platforms and niche communities.
- Assess candidate qualifications using structured interviews and objective evaluation methods.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage stakeholder calendars to maintain an efficient hiring process.
- Utilize data analytics to track sourcing channels and optimize recruitment strategies continuously.
- Develop compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the marketing organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire selection journey.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
- Manage offer negotiations and coordinate logistics to secure acceptance from selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system for reporting and pipeline visibility.
- Identify trends in marketing talent to advise leadership on workforce planning decisions.
- Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross functional teams to meet hiring deadlines.
Requirements
- Possess 5 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience within a startup, search firm, or equivalent environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders using data to support hiring recommendations and decisions.
- Show capacity to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic work setting.
- Exhibit executive presence with strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Display commitment to identifying the top 1 percent of talent through rigorous evaluation standards.
- Prove resilience when navigating complex hiring challenges and ambiguous situations.
- Have a proven track record of recruiting for marketing functions or related business areas.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

- Proficiency with Greenhouse applicant tracking system for managing workflows and candidate profiles.
- Expertise in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing diverse positions.
- Strong data driven decision making capabilities to guide recruitment strategies and measure outcomes.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills to build trust and align interests with leadership teams.
- Experience with marketing specific talent pools and industry networks is highly valued.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools used in modern marketing operations and campaign management.
