Verkada is actively searching for an Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead sales initiatives across strategic accounts in Latin America. The primary responsibility of this role is to expand our market footprint in the region by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle for our integrated physical security platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives. This position is critical for growing our customer base and reinforcing our status as a leader in enterprise security solutions. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and a commitment to exceeding performance metrics. You will be a key driver in establishing Verkada as the go-to provider for comprehensive security needs across Latin America.

What you'll do
- Assume ownership of Verkada's most strategic accounts, including multinational corporations and Fortune 500 enterprises operating in the region.
- Execute a proactive sales strategy focused on generating and closing new business opportunities to consistently surpass quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Verkada's product suite and articulate its distinct market position against competing security platforms.
- Orchestrate the complete end-to-end sales process, from initial prospect identification and qualification to conducting compelling online demonstrations and finalizing complex deals.
- Implement rigorous pipeline management practices to maintain accurate forecasting and ensure transparency for all stakeholders.
- Drive consistent performance by exceeding targets for outbound calls, email engagement, online demonstrations, and trial conversions on a quarterly basis.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, providing guidance to both customers and channel partners regarding solution capabilities and best practices.
- Partner closely with the Customer Success organization to guarantee smooth product implementations and to identify opportunities for future expansion.
- Capture and synthesize market intelligence and client feedback, delivering actionable insights directly to Verkada's product and engineering leadership teams.
- Commit to a minimum of 50% dedication to field-based sales activities, which includes in-person client meetings, conducting site visits, and actively building long-term professional relationships.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a consistent track record of 5 to 10+ years of experience exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
- Possess a solid sales background with a technology vendor, specifically focused on selling B2B Enterprise solutions within complex sales cycles.
- Show proven ability to develop new territories and acquire new logos through an enterprise software sales methodology.
- Exhibit a strong "hunter" mentality combined with the resilience and determination necessary to thrive in challenging sales scenarios.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to executive-level decision-makers.
- Hold a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree, which is strongly preferred as a baseline qualification for the role.
- Be legally authorized to work in Mexico without the need for sponsorship, as Verkada cannot support employment visas for this position at this time.

- Display strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to navigate complex organizational structures within enterprise accounts.
Nice to have
Preferred candidates will have prior experience selling security, physical access control, or video surveillance solutions to enterprise clients. Additional consideration will be given to individuals with a proven history of managing C-level relationships and influencing stakeholder decisions in large-scale deployments. Experience working within a matrixed sales environment, collaborating with engineering and technical teams, is also valued. Candidates with a demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks relevant to the LATAM region will be viewed favorably.
Practical notes
This position requires a significant commitment to travel within the Latin American region, with the expectation of spending a substantial portion of the workweek visiting client sites and attending industry events. You must be legally authorized to work in Mexico independently, without reliance on company-sponsored visa sponsorship. The standard work schedule aligns with full-time professional hours, requiring availability during core business hours and occasional flexibility for regional calls. Deadlines for performance reviews and quota attainment will be aligned with the company's fiscal calendar and sales cycles.
