Requirements
You have significant experience in customer-facing technical roles involving modern web or cloud platforms.
You bring hands-on skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks, including Next.js. You are comfortable reviewing and discussing application code with engineering teams.
You understand web performance, caching, networking, and security fundamentals. Experience with AI/LLM powered applications and Agentic workflows helps you deliver practical guidance.
You switch context between executive business outcomes and detailed implementation discussions while maintaining credibility.
You have a track record of owning complex technical projects and managing multiple stakeholders in fast-moving environments.
You thrive in collaborative field teams and mentor others with clear, concise communication and documentation.
You are familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and how SaaS and edge platforms integrate into enterprise architectures.
You empathize with developers and enjoy helping teams build accurate mental models of platform capabilities.
Nice to have
Production experience deploying and operating Next.js or modern frontend frameworks on Vercel or similar platforms strengthens your candidacy.
Work with organizations standardizing on composable architectures, including headless CMS, commerce, search, analytics, and identity providers.
Cloud or architecture certifications, such as Cloud Solutions Architect certifications, support roles involving large-scale migrations to cloud-native platforms.
Familiarity with security and privacy standards like SOC 2, PCI DSS, or HIPAA is valuable when participating in customer security reviews.
