About the role

You own the end-to-end technology experience for Veo's global workforce, shaping how employees connect, collaborate, and create. You architect the scalable and lean corporate IT function that removes friction from daily workflows while strengthening our security and compliance posture. You steward employee-facing systems such as devices, office infrastructure, identity, and SaaS tools that power our internal platforms. You act as the accountability owner for Veo's regulatory compliance program, aligning closely with People & Culture, Finance, BI, and R&D. You operate at the boundary between business needs and engineering execution, ensuring clarity and shared ownership where corporate and product systems intersect. What you'll do

Lead the design and execution of a scalable corporate IT operating model that supports Veo's global teams across multiple locations and time zones.

Own the employee lifecycle technology stack, from onboarding devices to offboarding workflows, ensuring a seamless experience that minimizes productivity loss.

Define and drive the adoption of identity and access management standards, balancing security requirements with frictionless user experiences across critical systems.

Partner with Finance and People & Culture to modernize tools for headcount planning, cost allocation, and compliance reporting related to IT assets and usage.

Establish governance frameworks for SaaS procurement, integration, and lifecycle management, enabling self-service capabilities while maintaining oversight.

Champion data and business intelligence initiatives in collaboration with BI teams, ensuring that internal tools provide actionable insights for operational decision-making.

Serve as the primary accountability owner for regulatory and compliance programs relevant to IT systems, translating evolving requirements into robust technical controls.

Collaborate with R&D leadership to define secure patterns for internal platforms that support AI projects, data experimentation, and controlled access to sensitive information.

Lead cross-functional initiatives that align corporate infrastructure with product technology, clarifying responsibilities and shared ownership at system boundaries.

Drive continuous improvement by analyzing operational metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing automation to reduce manual effort and errors.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand pain points, co-create solutions, and ensure technology strategies reflect real business needs.

Act as a thought partner to leadership on IT investments, providing clear trade-offs and recommendations that balance risk, cost, and user experience.

Promote a culture of security and privacy by design, embedding best practices into workflows, tools, and user communications without sacrificing agility.

Champion the adoption of internal platforms and self-service tools, enabling teams to build and iterate on AI projects with appropriate guardrails and support.

Requirements

You must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

You must possess demonstrated experience in corporate IT, technology operations, or infrastructure roles within a growing global organization.

You must have deep expertise in device lifecycle management, including provisioning, patching, and support for endpoints across diverse operating systems.

You must be fluent in identity and access management concepts, including Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and user provisioning workflows.

You must have hands-on experience with SaaS management, vendor relationships, and tools that provide visibility into usage, costs, and security posture.

You must be comfortable working with data and basic analytics to track system health, adoption, and compliance metrics.

You must have strong knowledge of IT service management practices and frameworks, such as ITIL, and experience implementing governance processes.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders.

You must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift and ownership is required without direct supervision.

You must have a strong commitment to security, privacy, and compliance, with the ability to implement controls that scale as the organization grows.

You must be able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results against tight deadlines.

You must have previous experience collaborating with legal, finance, and business teams to align technology initiatives with regulatory and financial constraints.

You must be willing to travel occasionally within the Copenhagen region to support internal events, stakeholder meetings, and infrastructure reviews.

You must be eligible to work legally in Denmark without sponsorship, as the role is based in Copenhagen and requires immediate start capability.

Nice to have

Experience with internal platform and tooling teams, including CI/CD, monitoring, and logging solutions.

Background in supporting AI or data-intensive initiatives within corporate environments.

Familiarity with Veo's specific use cases in sports technology and automated video analysis.

Practical notes

This is a full-time position based in Copenhagen.

Occasional travel within the Copenhagen region may be required.
