Product Expert - Veeva CRM
Job description
About the role
You will serve as the authoritative voice for customers within the Product organization, directly shaping the strategic direction of Veeva CRM. This role owns the synthesis of customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to define and prioritize product capabilities. You will act as a critical bridge between the customer community and the product development teams, ensuring that roadmap decisions are grounded in real-world usage and unmet needs. A core part of your ownership involves championing the value of innovation, ensuring that new features and enhancements deliver tangible outcomes for life sciences customers. You will lead collaborative initiatives that translate complex product functionality into clear narratives for both internal stakeholders and external audiences. This position requires a proactive mindset, where you identify opportunities for product differentiation and advocate for solutions that accelerate customer success. You will represent Veeva CRM in key forums, providing strategic input that aligns product evolution with the evolving demands of the life sciences industry. This is not a quality assurance function; your focus is on product strategy, market representation, and influencing future capabilities rather than testing existing deliverables.
