You will manage critical technical integrations for customer platforms. Your work will ensure successful deployment and operation of our solutions. Key Responsibilities
You own the complete lifecycle for healthcare data platform deployments. You will guide projects from initial contact through long-term operations. Your guidance will be essential as complex integrations progress through various stages and timelines. You will convert challenging requirements into clear implementation plans. These plans will keep customer projects moving forward efficiently.
You will design intake workflows to capture customer specifications. These workflows will map requirements to the capabilities of Crossix Measurement Suite. You will construct integration blueprints. These documents will connect our platform with external systems while maintaining strict privacy compliance. You will coordinate review checkpoints. These sessions align engineers and clients on progress and allow for adjustments to implementation details. You will deploy production changes. You will ensure these changes meet timelines and preserve system uptime. You will maintain reliable data flow for all customers.
You will partner with commercial teams to develop joint roadmaps. These roadmaps will support market expansion and solution adoption. You will guide new integrations through our deployment pipeline. You will ensure tests, releases, and monitoring function in harmony. You will build reusable assets and documentation. These items will accelerate future projects and reduce ongoing support needs. You will advocate for customer needs during technical discussions. You will balance ambition with practical delivery constraints.
Qualifications
You must possess a minimum of three years of experience. This experience should involve integrating cloud-based systems in a professional setting. You must have a solid understanding of data pipelines and API contracts. You should be familiar with common integration patterns in distributed environments. You must understand concepts related to healthcare data. Knowledge of privacy considerations and the needs of life sciences customers is required.
